Java Runtime 5.0 - 6.0
I am not sure where I read this on this newsgroup but they Posted that
Internet Explorer was taking almost 8 sec to load, I noticed I was having the same problem and for about a week I tried to find the problem, they upgraded a java runtime recentily like I did and they found that if they removed the update it fixed the problem. I decided to remove the recent update and now my Internet Explorer loads instantly. Thanks to who ever figured this out, my Internet is now back to normal.
