Default 'View As Web Page' option in Windows Explorer gone?

In previous OS versions of Explorer, there was the option of viewing
files/folders as a web page, but that option doesn't appear to be available
in XP, unless there is a way to turn that option on that I'm unaware of.

Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for your reply, but it didn't seem to help. The selection in the
folder options section was already chosen when I checked it.

In XP it is like a folder bar. So you can have only one thing on the left.
