Periodically, I will open up a file that I use at work that has been given a
read-only attribute and it will have lost this attribute. I am almost 85% sure that this happens after I back-up my files, which is about twice a month, using the CD Burning Wizard built into Windows XP. Has anyone else had this problem or do they know how to keep this from happening? It gets really annoying to fill in my read only document and go to save it as a new file and it overwrites my read-only one. -- Kyle Miller Norgasco, Inc. Prudhoe Bay, AK |
