Problem getting Help in XP SP2

Default Problem getting Help in XP SP2

The Help and Support selection from the Start button (or Help from Windows
Explorer) doesn't bring up anything. I get the busy cursor but no help
window (and no error message). I can only assume I have lost a module. Does
someone know what I need to do?
