Greetings Don,
If you're planning on removing it using the built-in functionality in Add or Remove Programs then everything will be fine (since it doesn't actually remove the files). If you're planning on forcibly removing it, then yes, MSN Messenger will continue to work fine but Remote Assistance, Whiteboard and Application Sharing within MSN Messenger will prompt you to install Windows Messenger again before they'll work. ____________________________________________ Jonathan Kay Microsoft MVP - Windows Messenger/MSN Messenger Associate Expert http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/ Messenger Resources - http://messenger.jonathankay.com All posts unless otherwise specified are (c) 2005 Jonathan Kay.
