hi.. i just got a new compaq computer and when trying to sign in to windows
messenger the program freezes.This happens when i go to the "click here to
sign in" text and click it.. it the gives the "not responding" message in the
bar on the top..when i then try to end the program either in the task manager
or when the program not responding message box comes up it does not work and
the Windows messanger window is left there. When i try to turn off my
computer this does not work. I know windows messenger is not a popular
program and i dont plan to use it but would rather solve the problem...thanks
