Every time I try to log in to either of them I get an error message. It says
"We were unable to sign you in to .NET Messenger Service, possibly because of a problem with the service or with your Internet connection. Please make sure that you are connected to the internet." Troubleshooting with MSN Messenger says that there is a problem with the key port. My husband is connected through the same cable modem as I am and he is able to connect with Windows Messenger just fine with no problems. I have tried uninstall and reinstalls to no avail. Please help. |
