msn messenger still not working, 81000314 still popping up

Does anyone have any suggestions for me, messneger has been down for the
weekend, seems like others are working again and mines not. Still getting
81000314 message and I'm getting very frustrated!! I've tried alot of things
but still nothing. I'm on msn 7.0, because it won't allow me to sign in on
the 7.5 version! Who knows why, so i've been on 7.0 for the longest time and
now this, ANYONE can help me that would be awesome. Cheers

I had that same problem, however I discovered today that its only if I use my
"msm.com" e-mail address. My other account works fine.....

dont panic jgirl... i lost mine for four days and spent a lot of time
speaking to microsoft direct. they said that i was a one off and hadnt heard
of it but four days later its all come back to life so i know its annoying
but yours should be fixed soon. use the help in messenger tools to report the
problem as many times as you can be bothered.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys, I'm finally alright. I can sleep
again.!!!!!! I got signed in automatically, and got a response from microsoft
and it was a prob all weekend. Hope all of you guys are ok. Cheers, Jgirl,
