Default Start-up problem with Windows Messenger

Hello,
I am having problems getting windows messenger to stop starting and signing
in when I start my computer. I have tried going to the Tools, Options,
Preferences and clicking the two tabs that allows windows messenger to start
and sign in, but it doesn't seem to work. So, can someone help me and tell me
how to stop windows messenger to stop signing in when I start up my computer.
Thank You --
Sassa
