I am trying to connect two machines both running Messenger 4.7.3001. When I
try to start a voice conversation the machines go through the sequence of asking and confirming the request to have a voice conversation and then display the legend "Connecting with xxxx's computer......". After about a minute the calling machine displays the message "The voice conversation with xxxx has ended" and the called machine displays the message. "The network or computer you are trying to reach is experiencing a problem. Please try again later." I can start Remote Assistance and use its talk facility without any problems. Help please, Joan. |
