Default SIP option removed from WM5.1 after MOC installed

Does anyone know which client based policies or registry keys are
modified (after the MOC client is installed on a computer that is
already running WM 5.1), which remove the "SIP Communications Server
Account" from the WM GUI.

Thanks.
Yury
