Default File Sends good for half second... then crawl.

I've done all of the tweaking I can figure, UPnP settings are all on and
functioning, I'm in the DMZ zone -- this never used to be a problem...

But sending a file ZOOMS for about 2 seconds, then it stops and CRAWLS at
what I'm guessing would be roughly 0.5K a sec -- and it never speeds up at
that point.

Any ideas?

Greetings,

It does like a direct connection isn't be established and therefore it's sending through the
server (which is highly throttled).

If you click the Tools menu, then Options, then click the Connection category, does it
indicate that you're using a UPnP NAT?

Hey Jonathan.... Thanks in advance,,
Okay Settings you requested....

IT says:
You are directly connect to the .NET Messenger Service.
You are connected to the Internet through wired network connection. and...
You are connected to the Internet through a UPnP port restricted NAT.

I basically know what that means, but don't know if it's bad or not.. :P
