I am having issues establishing a video/audio conference with my mother using
Windows Messenger. We both are using version 5.1.

Both my mother and I receive the following message when we check our
connection information within Windows Messenger:
"You are currently connected to .Net Messenger Service using a direct
connection (no firewall)."

My question is what should be our next step?
I would appreciate any help or suggestions you may have.
