Hi all :-) Windows XP Pro SP2
I have a Netgear WGT624v3 router, and I do have administrative rights. I need to enable the Remote Assistance feature in order to work with an Access program client on a very urgent project. So far we have not been able to get the RA to connect. I have sent her the invitation via Messenger, and she has tried to respond, but, cannot connect with my computer. I would really appreciate any suggestions or help with this. I also have an HP Pavilion zv6000 Notebook that I also want to enable this feature on.
