Greetings David,
Assuming you mean from Windows Messenger, you can do so by just hitting the File menu, then Save As in the conversation window before you close it. Or, if you're using MSN Messenger, you can turn on the automatic message history feature (click the Tools menu, then Options, then Messages option) to save conversations automatically. ____________________________________________ Jonathan Kay Microsoft MVP - Windows Messenger/MSN Messenger Associate Expert http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/ Messenger Resources - http://messenger.jonathankay.com All posts unless otherwise specified are (c) 2005 Jonathan Kay. Are there any plans to add this same capability (automatic message history
feature) to Office Communicator 2005? I know that users have the option to save their conversations manually, but they are asking for the same capability as found in other "free" IM programs.
