Default Start Messenger

When I start the computer messenger comes up with the sign-on window.
I don't like that.
I will start messenger myself when needed.

How can I change this?

On the contact screen, click on tools, options, preferences tab and remove
the mark from the first block about starting Messenger.

I am using V7.5
The marks i see are "greyed out"
The other markfield are blank
