Greetings Joe,

Can you elaborate on what exactly you're looking for? If you want to use "Windows Messenger"
the client locally, you'll need either an Exchange 2000 IM server or Live Communications
Server.

Jonathan,

I am admin for a network that is running 2003 server, 2003 exchange. Our
clients are XP pro.

Can this be done with a 2003 exchange server? If so can you post a link to
documents on this matter

Hi,

I'm afraid not, this functionality was removed in Exchange 2003.
