Default Help required please!

Hi there!
I have recently purchased a new laptop and it came installed with
windows messenger 4.7.On my old pc i used to be able to access my
hotmail via the messenger.
On my new version i am not able to access my hotmail i have been told
that i need an add in to access my hotmail via windows messenger but i
have not been able to find an MSN add in.
Can anybody help me please?

Try installing MSN messenger.

Greetings,

Unfortunately you can't, this functionality was removed from later versions of 4.7. Although
with a specific version and a specific add-on, you can get it to work again, but it's really
not worth all the effort (unless you really want this).

Instead, the easiest thing to do is to install MSN Messenger from here:
http://messenger.msn.com/download
