Greetings
I am having a problem with getting RA to launch. Before routers I would have the novice send me an invite with their email and I would be able to log right in and help. Now the novice side has a router and the only way I have been partially successful is to use MSN Messenger. The problem is that after the novice has sent the invitation and I have accepted there is no box that pops up for me to take control. I can not find anything that will cause the box to pop up, however it has happened on occasion, not sure why or what caused it. When it did I was able to take control and help. What is it that I need to set or the novice needs to set to get the additional box for me to take control? Referring to article 306556 in MS knowledge base, the 6th step is the one that I am missing. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks |
