If I do change the picture duration and the transition duration does nothing
change in the timeline. The time (4s) between the picture stay always the same. I need to reduce the time to 0.25 s from picture to picture. How can I change the time from pic to pic, thus that is shortened the film duration? |

After you have changed the duration of the picture you then need to add the
pictures to the timeline. -- Graham Hughes MVP Digital Media www.myvideoproblems.co.uk www.dvds2treasure.com www.simplydv.com "allroad" <allroad@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:7AC92B77-5129-433B-94C3-E63CC5A806FE@microsoft.com... > If I do change the picture duration and the transition duration does > nothing > change in the timeline. I've had that same problem before. Must be a glitch with the program. Two
suggestions: 1) if you change the picture duration BEFORE you add any files to the storyboard/timeline, the added pictures should transition at your set rate. In my experience trying to change the duration after the storyboard has been populated doesn't work. 2) Another idea is to highlight everything on your timeline and then go to Video Effects and click on "Slow Down, Half." I believe you can add this command to the menu six times. If you need to go from 4 seconds to .25 second you would add that command 4 times (cutting it in half four times -- 2s, 1s, .50s, .25s). Either of those should work. Good luck. TJ "allroad" wrote: > If I do change the picture duration and the transition duration does nothing > change in the timeline.
