Default importing

when i tried to import a video clip it kept saying

The file C:\Documents and Settings\Samurai Girl\My Documents\smallville -
arrival\ARRIVAL 10 .wmv is not indexed and cannot be imported.

but i got other video clips from the same place and they all imported with
no problem

what can i do to fix this?

check the Importing Source Files > Video > WMV page of my site... there's a
section about indexing.
