Where did it go??

I have a video that is 1.94gig with a scrolling opening. (like Star Wars).
During editing the entire scroll plays without any problems. I save the MM2
file to my computer. I play back the video and the scroll plays half way
thru and disapears. The selected audio is playing and the video after the
scroll is still there. What is happening???
