Video transitions

I use Movie Maker 2.1 and have the following problem!

The Video Transition Effects only work sometimes! Usually only one time
after I start the programm. After that I just can't drag them anymore. Has
anyone experienced this problem and how can it be solved?

Hi Tony,

the Setup > MM2.1 page of my site has steps to take to fix an
installation... that isn't working as it should.
