Default no data in file?

I created a 53MB wmv file that runs for 7 minutes with imported avi from my
canon A80 and jpg photos. i can play it in windows media player but when i
try to upload to a video hosting site, it won't upload. it usually doesn't
give any kind of error message, but when i tried on a different web browser,
i got the "this file has no data" message.

i created another wmv file using moviemaker--much smaller-and was able to
upload it so i'm wondering if size is the issue? but what did the error
message mean?

i have written to the support staff with the video hosting site, but so far
am going back and forth with no resolution yet. i thought i'd post the
question here to see if anyone might have any advice? would greatly
appreciate it!

Default Re: no data in file?

Could be a filesize problem especially if it is a free video hosting site.
Maybe you can render it a little smaller without hurting quality too much
and upload that to the host site.
