Default windows movie maker stop.

I got window xp pro with sp2 install. My problem if I am using window movie
maker after playing 7 or 8 clip it's just stop the audio and vedio but the
status bar in the player keep moving forward its seems indicating that its
playing but can't send any video and audio anymore! any idea? please help me
....thanks a lot.
How would I know that I am using Windows Movie Maker version 2? is it
automatic if your operating system is installed with SP2? thanks again..

what kind of sauce file are you using? DV-AVI from a digital camcorder, MPEG
files from the internet, etc.?

the Help > About Windows Movie Maker > 4th line down... gives the version..
mine is reading 2.1.4026.0
