Hi all how do u add a background as well as a title to ur movie

drag the title clip from the video track to the title overlay one, and the
clip on the video track will be the background...

background images are either still pix or video clips... and go on the video
track of Movie Maker 2....

use the title wizard of MM2 to make a title overlay and put it on the
selected clip... if you put it on the video track instead it won't play over
the background.... but you can drag it to the title overlay track.

Maybe I don't know what you're asking about... and need more info

put a video clip or still image on the video track of the timeline... and
move the title clip over it...

zoom into the timeline enough so you can see the title clip position well
