Audio over Video Clip Audio

Wondering how I can play music on the top of audio across a Video Clips Audio
(e.g: speech). I like to play some faded out music over speech. Is there
any way of doing this, I only know how to do it with a freeze frame (image)
but MM doesn't seem to be able to do it over moviing video

audio files on the audio/music track should work fine over the audio that's
embedded in the video file.... import the audio file into the collection and
drag it to the timeline... it'll automatically go to the right track.
