i made a in Movie Maker using digital pictures and then used Nero to burn the
movie on a DVD. The problem is the movie won't play on my DVD player on my
computer or on my tv.
Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Please list the type of file you burnt to the dvd and the exact steps you
took from what file type you saved in Movie maker through all the steps in
nero.

Yes because it sounds like you used Nero to simply burn a "Data disk"
meaning the file on the DVD is simply the AVI/WMV file you created with
Movie Maker.
Instead you need to use a DVD Authoring program to create a "proper" DVD. If
you have a purchased version of Nero then you should have Nero Vision
Express which can create the DVD for you otherwise you need to get/purchase
a DVD Authoring program. There's a list of most of the popular ones on my
website in the "DVD Programs" section along with links to download full
version or trial versions where available.
