I am using movie maker to splice together some home movies. I am tring to
highlight, make them stand out, one of the people in the videos. Is movie maker capable of doing this? -- notaclue |

not aware of a Highlight add-on, but you can use the pan and zoom effects
(either from pixelan, or rehan) to pan and zoom your desired person. it always amazes me how zooming or panning can change the whole focus of a picture.
