I have a Sony DCR-TRV18 Digital Handycam. I was able to capture digital
video and audio with firewire to my computer prior to downloading the upgraded mm and service pack 2. Since that time I have been unable to capture any video or audio. My computer does not recognize that the camera is connected. I have tried the fixes posted, checked my firewall security, used every setting in my camera...but still nothing. Should I unstall mm and service pack 2...since everything worked before that point and reload everything? Extremely frustrated in PA..... |
