Many thanks to Wojo, Chris M, & John I. for their expert suggestions to a
previous question I submitted. It appears that the standard edition of WMM that comes pre-installed with my computer will not (or does not) allow me the option of choosing the format AVI2DVD so that I can play the finsihed file on a dvd player. Do I now need to purchase a seperate software proram to copy these files to dvd? Also, how does one obtain WMM2? Thanks again for the unselfish help offered here. |

Movie Maker 2.1 is the latest version and is bundled with the Service Pack 2
for Windows XP. Maybe you already have it. If you have a DVD burner, you may have software to do it... if not, there are some links and comments in the DVD software section of my website. -- PapaJohn Movie Maker 2 and Photo Story 3 website - http://www.papajohn.org MM2 Tips and Tricks: http://www.simplydv.co.uk/simplyBB/viewtopic.php?t=4693 Online Newsletters: http://www.windowsmoviemakers.net/PapaJohn/Index.aspx "rob" <rob@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:9EE7650B-ADF4-40C3-AF7B-F7CCDA7EC914@microsoft.com... > Many thanks to Wojo, Chris M, & John I. for their expert suggestions to a > previous question I submitted.
