Default VIDEO VCR

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF I CAN USE DE MOVIE MAKER TO IMPORT A VCR VIDEO AND
THEN BURN IT ON A DVD.

Please shut off your [Caps Lock] it is much easier to read properly typed
text.
Sure with some more hardware and a lot more information from you about what
you have so we can tell you what you need and how to do it.
