How do i change the file type...

I love the movies i make but i cant share them w/ people b/c of the file type
is not supported anywhere!!! how do i change it from a .mswmm file to a .avi
file or a .wmv file...

when i save it the only option is gives me to save it as is a .mswmm file...
please help

..mswmm is your project file. To save the
finished movie...go to...File / Save Movie
File...or type Ctrl+P.
