How do I make a DVD for free???? I am making a video for my sister who just
had a baby and I have alot of DVD's to burn. Does anyone know how? Or what
software I could use? Please help me

Did you buy a DVD burner? They usually come with the required software.

If you don't have the software, and I agree with Jerry that you likely do
have some kind of software if you have a burner, then check out the "DVD
Programs" section of my website for a list of programs available. Most of
them have a free trial you can download that will work uncrippled to make
your DVD.
