Default Website Pages

The Problem Solving > Crashes and Hangs, and Can't Save a Movie pages of my
website have been kind of difficult for many to understand. I did some
editing of them this week to make them easier.... I hope.

I'll keep chipping away at them and the other pages. Thanks for any and all
comments, especially those from newbies, beginners, novices and lurkers.
