My new Aleratec Dv Cruiser capture device will not work using movie maker, I
get a message at first that it doesn't detect a capture device then it shows it in the window. I click on it and try to give it a file name and then I get an message that there is an error trying to start the device. -- Bonsai |

How is thios connected? MM works best with firewire connected devices. You
may need to use the software which came with it if it is USB. -- Graham Hughes MVP Digital Media www.myvideoproblems.co.uk www.dvds2treasure.com www.simplydv.com "Bonsai158" <Bonsai158@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:589E5035-34A5-4AEC-9CB0-3BAAD72900B7@microsoft.com... > My new Aleratec Dv Cruiser capture device will not work using movie maker, > I > get a message at first that it doesn't detect a capture device then it > shows > it in the window.
