That was very useful. I managed to download MM2.0 from the link you mentioned.
I have SP2, but cannot figure out how to get to MM2.1...maybe something stupid, I am missing out somewhere... Any clues will help.. Thanks "PapaJohn (MVP)" wrote: > MM2.1 is in the SP2 pack.... > > MM2.0 is no longer available from Microsoft, but here's a link: > http://www.download.com/Windows-Movi...ml?tag=lst-0-2 > > -- > PapaJohn > > Movie Maker 2 and Photo Story 3 - www.papajohn.org > Photo Story 2 - www.photostory.papajohn.org > .. > "Frankie" <Frankie@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message > news:0116D618-A424-4116-965B-39436F32C3AC@microsoft.com... > > Can anybody tell me from where can I download Movie Maker 2 without having > > to > > install Service pack 2? I think I have another problem. I have SP2, but since I could not run MM2.1,
I downloaded and installed MM2.0. Now, MM runs but does not detect the Capture Device. I know earlier I used to run the same device connected to my laptop. It's a Sony Viao.
