I have a movie on the story board (combination of video clips from DV tapes,
photos from two digital cameras, imported music, effects and transistions) that is about 3 hours 40 minutes. So that I can save and/or burn to a DVD, how do I split or divide the movie on the story board into fourths (maximum of 60 minutes each) for DVD+/-R or halves (maximum of 120 minutes each) for DVD+/-R)? Or how can I save and/or burn the whole movie to a DVD+R DL (maximum of 240 minutes)? Thanks in advance! |

Hey Mickey (how's Minnie?)
I have a nice long step-by-step tutorial on how to split your movie that should take care of that for you. As far as using a Dual-Layered disk most of the good DVD Authoring programs (I know Ulead and Nero do) will support dual layered disks. I have only done a couple jobs on them because they are expensive and Graham has commented he doesn't think they are reliable but you could definitely fit a 3' 40"" movie on one and I don't expect too much of a quality issue if any. -- Wojo's Web: http://www.remember-christopher.dostweb.com/Wojo's_web/ Also Please visit..... http://www.remember-christopher.dost...m/christopher/ "Mickey" <Mickey@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:AAE3A1B5-A067-4BC2-A486-83F4391B7B71@microsoft.com... >I have a movie on the story board (combination of video clips from DV >tapes, > photos from two digital cameras, imported music, effects and transistions) > that is about 3 hours 40 minutes. > > So that I can save and/or burn to a DVD, how do I split or divide the > movie > on the story board into fourths (maximum of 60 minutes each) for DVD+/-R > or > halves (maximum of 120 minutes each) for DVD+/-R)? > > Or how can I save and/or burn the whole movie to a DVD+R DL (maximum of > 240 > minutes)? > > Thanks in advance! |

shouldn't be there.
