MovieMaker just quits

When I add clips to the story board, Windows Movie Maker Version2 (XP SP2)
just exits.

When I go to the update site to upgrade from 2.0 to 2.1 (I can't find any
other way of downloading it - is there on?) it says there are no updates for
me.

I have SP 2 installed

On your website you say it's unusual to have more than 6 .ax files, I have
counted individually 318 .ax files on my PC. I can't manually change every
one. Where do I go from here?

divxaf.ax isn't one of them!

SP2 includes Movie Maker 2.1 .... see the Setup > MM2.1 page of my site for
the file list

maybe I should change how I say it.... unusual to have move than 6 of the

About MovieMaker says XP SP2 but MovieMaker Version 2.0.Hows that then?
