I normally use different software for movie making, but WIndows Movie maker
has some effects that I wanted to use. But now I have a problem. I can't get
Movie Maker to record back to by DV camcorder.

When I choose the option to save to my camera, Movie Maker renders the
movie, then starts the RECORD on my camera, but plays back a blank video.

I have no problem saving as a file on the hard drive, and my equipment works
fine because like I said, I have no problem using other software to do the
job.

Can anyone help out with some ideas? Thanks!

try saving it to your hard drive as a DV-AVI file and using the WinDV
utility to copy it from there to your camcorder... the Setup > Other
Software page of my website has a link to the free utility.
