Hello,
I've been having a problem for a while now where an Activemovie window will pop up when I try to play certain videos. I looked in the FAQ, which suggested disabling the subtitds.ax filter... problem is, I don't *have* the subtitds.ax filter. What else could it be? |

Are the "certain videos" by chance ASF files?
Movie Maker will not work with ASF files and that may very well be the issue. Otherwise have a look at this article: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=183351 -Wojo -- Wojo's Web: http://www.remember-christopher.dostweb.com/Wojos_web/ Also Please visit..... http://www.remember-christopher.dost...m/christopher/ "Max22" <Max22@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:26AD799F-8690-4AA6-948B-464644B978CE@microsoft.com... > Hello, > I've been having a problem for a while now where an Activemovie window > will > pop up when I try to play certain videos.
