Please help....!

Ok, Ive been able to open WMM before, but now all when I try to open it, it
just shows the lil hourglass for a second then nothing happens and it dosnt
open
Anyone know why?

Have you added any new software/hardware or updated any programmes or added
any new codecs etc which may be interfering?
