Default Can't Record CD

I am also having this same problem with the error message coming up saying
"recordabe CD drive was not detected". I do have a CD burner on my lap top
and frequently use it for music CD's and data discs. I checked the drive an
the property of "enable CD recording on this drive" is indeed checked. Please
let me know what else I can do to get my movies onto CD.

Default RE: Can't Record CD

Try some other CD recording application, Example Nero 7 Premium Burning ROM.
If you do this your movie should be save to your computer first then import
your done video into nero using a various cd format. (Data, VCD, SVCD, DVD
etc.)

If you are just wanting to burn the actual video file to your CD (which will
NOT play in a DVD player) then simply save it to your hard drive by hitting
CTRL+P and following the save movie wizard and then use Windows Explorer.
Drag the video to the drive letter for the burner and then click save files
to CD.
