The quality that you can email is, of course, dependent on the size and
complexity of your movie. For example, you could not 'email' a full quality two hour Hollywood movie. Here is what I do if i'm going to email a movie/clip. Most internet providers generally allow up to about 5 megabytes to be emailed. Therefore, what you want to do is to get maximum quality without exceeding an email of 5 megabytes. When saving your movie you first name it, and then find a folder to save it in. The next screen in the wizard is where you are given choices to determine the quality and size...the second choice down is 'best fit to file size'.....choose that category and in the drop down set it to 5 megabyte for file size (or 4 if you think your total email would be over 5).....note the setting details in the lower left side which will show the resolution....if it is 320 x 240 it will be a smaller size if your movie is longer, but still of fairly good quality for email. After you save your file, check its size, and if its ok you just 'attach file' to your email and send it. Good luck.
