Would like to have different slides showing in the title slides showing
viewers what to expect with the forthcoming movie. Is there an easy way of
doing this in a title or transition?

Well you could add images that show quick shots of some of the videos within
your project and put them all at the beginning. Then use one of the Overlay
titles such as News Video, Inset or Newspaper so you can quickly go through
the images before the start of your movie.
