error msg

Am running WIN XP Pro SP2 w/media player v. 10. Cannot burn an unprotected
file to formatted R/W CD from hard drive w/o error msg "WMP encountered an
unknown error...ID= 0xC00D11CD etc.".Am able to burn successfully using NERO
Express. Have tried running Scannow and re-installing media player w/o
success. Any suggestions?
