I hope someone knows how to fix this problem...
I recently upgraded to MMJB 10 and now the file cannot be located. I click the icon on my desktop, the main logo and sound come on but that's all. Anyone have an idea what the problem is or how to fix it?? |

If so check out this link at the MusicMatch support site: http://wwws.musicmatch.com/faq/CONN019.htm If you are getting a specific error message, you might try entering it in the search box at this support site, and checking out what's there in response to others' problems: http://www.musicmatch.com/form/support/ I can't offer any personal advice, because I never got my *upgrade* to work. I had to delete the attempted upgrades completely, and install the complete new version from their web site. bj |
