When I listen to music I can hear an echo. I have played around with the
volume control and tried all the trouble shoots but nothing gets rid of this
- can anyone help please?

Under the various properties of your graphic equalizer (both in WMP and in
any additional settings such as the creative labs control panel) check to
see if something has become ticked accidentally. Such as WOW or Echo or even
long delays in cross fading.
