HELP! Recently Windows XP was installed on my computer and since then I can
not use Windows Media Player. I've tried updating to WMP 10 and it will not complete the process. PLEASE, what can I do to correct this error??? Thanks in advance for your help! |

Do not update or upgrade to WMP10. Download a new/fresh copy of
WMP10 and install it overtop of your current version. Do not try to delete or uninstall your old copy.
