Me too! This seems to be a common problem that no one knows how to solve.
I've tried calling Dell, I've tried the help command, I've tried it all and still no one knows but almost all of my friends are having the same issue and some have gone so far as to replace their whole computer because of it. If anyone out there can help it sure would be appreciated!
